If you’re new to HelloShift and wondering how to get started, you’re in the right place. After you’ve created your HelloShift account and logged in, you will be prompted to take the website tour. This tour is designed to help you familiarize yourself with HelloShift’s capabilities.
The great news is that even if you completed the tour and want to go back to it, it is always easily accessible at any time.
Do you want to go over the tour you saw after the first steps for your hotel setup?
HelloShift provides the option to automatically start the tour selected. On your dashboard, click on the Tour button next to Guest messaging and your profile name.
