Yes, you can change or cancel your plan anytime. When you cancel, your monthly plan will continue until the end of your billing cycle. For pre-paid annual plans, we calculate refunds using the monthly rate and the number of months of service already used. You can also upgrade or downgrade between plans (Starter to Pro or vice versa) at any time, and we'll prorate the charges appropriately.
